This class is a Gentle Yoga class for all levels that begins with a 15 minute guided meditation to enable students to open up and align the energy centers of the body.
Yoga is a harmonizing meditative practice to realign the body, mind and spirit. Students will be introduced to the Asana Practice which will incorporate breath-work, and the sequences which include opening up the whole body through six ranges of motion, stretching and strengthening the muscles.
Students should bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.
